We were asked to attend one of Damco’s sites to investigate issues with the existing fire alarm system.

Our Response

Following the initial request for the issues to be investigated, we attended site within 24 hours of the order being placed. Our technical engineer carried out a full evaluation of the system and reported back to the on site facilities team. Following the findings we advised our client of the best solution to rectify the ongoing issues. Once agreed our engineer remained on site and re-programmed, repaired and tested the system until these issues were resolved.

The Results

All the existing issues were resolved and the system was once again fully operational. Our client was able to continue their day-to-day business with minimal down-time. Following on from this initial site visit IQ Fire Solutions has since won the annual maintenance contract with Damco.
