The Brief –
Following on from a previously completed project we were invited to maintain the British Film Institute’s Southbank London site.
The Team
Fully qualified project engineer, two fully qualified maintenance engineers.Our ResponseFollowing the initial invitation we completed a site visit with the client to access the existing fire alarm system. Once this visit was completed we were able to work with the client to offer them the best method to complete the annual maintenance visits and quotation to suit their requirements. A quotation was then emailed to the client.
The Results
The maintenance contract was agreed and we are now into the fourth year of our agreement with the British Film Institute for this site and have subsequently secured the maintenance contracts for their head office and the IMAX London.
